Request for Media Trips - Clearwater Marine Aquarium

Thank you for your interest in visiting Clearwater Marine Aquarium. We welcome journalists, as well as bloggers/social media influencers, who are researching and developing media coverage for print, digital, broadcast and social outlets. Please note that discounted or complimentary arrangements are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

To most effectively meet your editorial, photographic and/or broadcast needs, we ask that you follow these guidelines when requesting a visit:

• Please complete a media trip request form below.
• We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for all visit requests.
• Immediately notify your Clearwater Marine Aquarium representative if there is a change of plans.
• We ask that you share a copy of your print, digital, broadcast or social story as soon as possible after it runs/posts.

Upon receiving a completed hosting request, we will review the request and advise you of our hosting availability. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.
