Personalized animal care videos will be up to 30 seconds long. Personalized tour videos will be approx. 1-2 minutes long. Please allow 24-48 hours to process your requests. Completed videos will be delivered to your email address within 5 days*. If for some reason your video cannot be completed during that timeframe, your donation amount will be refunded upon request. *Due to our rescued resident bottlenose dolphins acclimating to their new home, there may be delays in delivery for bottlenose dolphin videos.
