Splinter’s Story
Splinter is a juvenile green sea turtle who was found floating sideways and appeared lethargic near Ponce Inlet in Volusia County on March 19, 2019. Splinter, along with 5 other turtles, was transferred to Clearwater Marine Aquarium from Volusia County Marine Science Center on April 1 because of limited space. Splinter is improving and doing well in our care!
